For recurring services, invoices are issued monthly in advance and are due within 15 days. For project work, payment schedules are defined in the SOW. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will sign NDAs upon request. We do not disclose client identities or project details without explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintrixo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mintrixo Technologies, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at any time, without notice, for any reason. Service engagements may be terminated per the terms in the MSA.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
